Paper stays in the vehicle. Photos sit in WhatsApp. The job is told to a contractor at the gate. AuditDAT keeps the check and the job card on the phone.
Why we built it
The job should survive handover
When you leave site, the open job should still be visible.
The round was on paper. The photos went to WhatsApp. Someone typed the report in Excel after the shift. The next shift could not see what was still open.
Matthew and TJ started UPDAT in 2021 in Malta. They came from the industry. UPDAT began with hotels, then grew into construction, security and facilities.
AuditDAT keeps the check, the photos and the job card in one place. The checklist can match the one the site already uses.
Hotels, construction, security and facilities teams use it. Health and safety, plants, mines and oil and gas teams use it too. The check runs with no internet. Photos and answers sync when the phone reconnects.

Turn a fail into a job
A fail becomes a job card with an owner and a due date. The next shift and the contractor can still see it. A worker can also raise a job from a QR, with no login.
